Managing operations for an umbrella group for restoration groups in the Bay of Plenty

Bay Conservation Alliance is an umbrella group for the many community conservation groups doing restoration work in the Bay of Plenty. We work closely with them an many projects and provide a 0.6 FTE Operations Manager to help them coordinate the many inspiring projects happening throughout the region.
Along with Manaaki Kaimai Mamaku, they use the Bay of Plenty Regional Council's "Kete Taiao" GIS which we created and continually develop as more and more groups come on board and their needs expand.
We are also involved in training the BCA cadets on everything from GIS to general field work.
